Arrive to my home studio & garden 9:30 - 9:45am, enjoy yoga & guided rest from 10am - 12pm, a seasonal lunch shared 12 - 1pm, & 1 - 3:30pm garden bathing, journaling, guided community conversation, & a creative plant project or remedy making from the garden!

First harvest time! We will be making a healing herbal body oil. Lunch TBD.
