Each class offers a theme- or pose-inspired sequence of poses that will call the practitioner into a deeper connection with themselves. Movement will be informed by the breath and empowering alignment cues so the student can move intentionally and safely on their journey inward. Vinyasa yoga becomes a playful moving mediation as the practitioner links breath to movement, awareness to intention, and mind to the silence within.
Open to all levels and abilities of practice, this class will call practitioners to soften, finding ease in their movements while being attentive to their breath. This class will be a blend of gentle meditative flow, supported restorative poses, and sweetly guided meditation. The essence of this practice will be to guide each practitioner into a deeper relationship with their own internal wisdom in a safe and inspired space. Each class will have a different focus that will provide a foundation for each student’s unique experience of themselves.
PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS
I am available for private instruction in the comfort of your home. If you are interested in beginning, refining, or advancing your yoga practice, private or semi-private instruction can deepen your understanding of the asanas, your energy, and your individual alignment. Yoga has been and continues to be a transformational force in my life. I consider teaching and sharing my journey such a privilege.
In private sessions I want to get to know your intentions, ailments, passions, and inhibitions. I want to know what inspires you to move and grow. We will work together to create a sustainable practice that will serve your unique needs and challenge you in ways that you are prepared for. Our bodies have an amazing capacity to heal and when we learn how to skillfully come into alignment we support that healing by allowing our internal systems to functions with greater ease.
